The information in this case study is my own and does not necessarily reflect the views of LPL Financial.
As part of a small team, I created a hypothetical, future-state client storyboard — including a visionary web portal and accompanying app — to illustrate how technology could tighten the personal relationship between financial advisors and their clients, all while better servicing client needs and enabling advisors to be more productive. These wireframes inspired our managing directors to initiative a long-term endeavor to improve client experience in 2017.
